Why Choose Henckell Genealogical Research?
Research built on experience, not just databases.
My interest in genealogy began with my own family history and has developed through years of hands-on research across France, Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
My personal family tree now includes more than 3,200 individuals. Over the years, I have combined online research with visits to the places connected to my family history — including archives, villages, churches and cemeteries — to better understand the people, places and circumstances behind the records.
I have also researched and built family trees for friends, working on different family lines and research challenges.
This experience has taught me that good genealogy is not simply about finding names and dates. It is about connecting evidence, understanding historical context and following the clues that records leave behind.
